My Very 1st post!

I always love reading other people's blogs and wanted to try to write my own! We'll see how well I keep up on this;) Don't get too excited...it's pretty much going to be just another day in our crazy, busy lives...same thing, different day...but thought it would keep family and friends up to date on us and what's going on in our lives.

So, the past week has been a bit hectic around here. I have been sick, Nolan is sick, and Nolan's daycare lady is sick too...so it's been alot of Nolan and I laying around the house feeling miserable and whining (yes, both of us!). I'm ready for us all to get better and to get this week/weekend over with.

It should be a good weekend though! I work Friday night, Saturday is Jenny's wedding, so I'm looking forward to celebrating with her and catching up with friends, then work again on Sunday.

And, on another happier note...we officially closed on our lot on Tuesday!! I didn't know it was so exciting to own a square piece of land, but I'm pretty pumped! Here's a beginning picture of it...I love it...no neighbors in the back and we can see the trees and Williamsville "lake"

Waiting for our builder to get back to us w/ the final house plans and then it's time for the real stress to start!! A bit nervous for all of these decisions, but excited to get it going!! Here's kinda what the outside is going to look like...except a 3 car garage and larger front porch...Love it :)
